May 13, 2024

Oppenheimer Investigations Group LLP (OIG) announces the addition of Alisha Meyer to the firm as an attorney investigator. She is based in San Francisco.

“Alisha’s background and experience compliment OIG’s services well,” said OIG Managing Partner Vida Thomas. “Her legal career has focused on advocating for diversity, equality and fairness in workplaces, and she understands the value that a high-quality investigation can bring to resolve an employment dispute. She’s a welcome addition to our team.”

Alisha’s practice concentrates on conducting thorough investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, abusive conduct and other workplace misconduct issues within public and private entities. She joins OIG after nearly a decade of counseling plaintiffs on a wide range of employment disputes, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful and constructive termination, employment contracts, and workplace accommodations, and representing clients in all stages of employment litigation.

Alisha earned her J.D. from University of San Francisco School of Law, where she participated in the USF Employment Law Clinic to represent clients who could not afford legal representation with claims before the San Francisco Labor Commissioner and the United States Merit Systems Protection Board. She also conducted mediations in the Superior Court of San Francisco Small Claims Court with the USF Mediation Clinic and served as a member of the university’s law review. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from the University of San Francisco.
