OIG is proud to share that three firm leaders have been selected to serve as faculty for the 2027 AWI Training Institutes.
Vida L. Thomas, OIG Managing Partner, is a founding member of AWI, currently serves on its Board, and has served as AWI Teaching Faculty since 2016. She also helped establish AWI’s Guidelines for conducting workplace investigations.
Christina Ro-Connolly, OIG Founding Partner, is a longtime faculty member for AWI’s Training Institute for Workplace Investigators, teaching investigators on topics including AI, bias, evidence, report writing, and the practical application of investigative skills.
Ilona Turner, OIG Partner, regularly serves as faculty for the AWI Institute, is a regular presenter for various AWI webinars, and is also a member of the AWI Journal Editorial Board.
OIG’s connection to AWI goes back to its founding, and teaching and learning through the organization continues to be an important part of our work. We’re glad to see Vida, Tina, and Ilona helping train and support the next generation of impartial workplace investigators.
