Another piece of advice has stayed with her since the beginning of her career. A mentor once told her that when you’re facing a problem, you have two choices: address it or move on. Spending energy dwelling on something you aren’t going to change only creates more stress. It’s a philosophy that helps her stay grounded both at work and in life.
Beyond the Office
Outside of work, Aditi’s world revolves around her family. She and her husband share a simple motto: Live. Love. Learn. The words are so meaningful to them that they had them tattooed as a reminder of how they want to move through life: embracing each day, caring deeply for others, and never stopping the process of learning.
Music is another constant. Left to her own devices, you’ll probably find Beyoncé playing. These days, though, the Disney and Michael Jackson playlists often win out thanks to countless hours spent driving her seven and eleven year-old sons from one adventure to the next.
