The Association of Workplace Investigators has scheduled its next virtual offering of the popular AWI Workplace Investigation Basics Seminar series.
This online seminar will consist of three modules (on three different days throughout September) designed to introduce the participants to the theory and the practical skills necessary to conduct impartial investigations of allegations of employee misconduct. Among other things, you will learn how to: ask effective questions, interview reluctant witnesses, obtain relevant evidence, assess credibility, and arrive at a legally defensible decision. You will also learn how to prepare and utilize all of the necessary documentation during the investigative process.
OIG Attorney Investigator Ilona Turner will co-present the September 19 session on evidence, interviewing and credibility.
Space is limited, so please visit the AWI website for more information or to register.
