As artificial intelligence tools rapidly evolve, they present exciting new possibilities for improving the quality, efficiency, and consistency of workplace investigations. OIG partners Christina Ro-Connolly, Ilona Turner and Danielle Drossel will team up on November 7 to co-present “Practical Applications of AI in Workplace Investigations – A Demonstration,” a general session during the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) Annual Conference in Atlanta, Georgia.
This presentation will explore the practical integration of AI into the investigative process, focusing on two critical phases: interview preparation and report writing. The trio will compare pre-AI and post-AI writing samples to highlight specific improvements. They will also share effective prompts in turning raw interview notes to witness summaries. In addition, the presenters will explore how AI can be used to help investigators prepare interview outlines and/or questions.
