On August 25, 2020, SHRM published the article “Tips for Creating Virtual Anti-Harassment Training During the Pandemic,” co-authored by Christina Ro-Connolly and Vida Thomas.
In the article, the two address how employers can comply with mandatory California state requirements for at least two hours of “classroom or other effective interactive training and education” on sexual-harassment prevention to all supervisory employees and at least one hour of such training to all nonsupervisory employees, even under the remote circumstances created by the coronavirus crises.
