On April 15, 2026, OIG’s Christina Ro-Connolly, Ilona Turner, and Danielle Drossel will lead a session titled “The Role of AI in Workplace Investigations,” drawing from their experience integrating responsible AI tools into complex workplace investigations while maintaining rigor, neutrality, and sound judgment.

The 2026 SHRM California State Conference: A3 California Legislative & Leadership Summit theme is “Advocate. Advance.
