As part of the three-day City Attorneys Spring Conference hosted by the League of California Cities, Vida Thomas and Christina Ro-Connolly will team up with Eli Makus from Van Dermyden Makus to present a panel on “Practical Tips When Partnering with Outside Investigators.” They will take a “soup to nuts” approach in discussing how cities can work collaboratively with outside investigators.
The conference runs May 4-6, 2022 in Carlsbad, California. The City Attorneys Conference provides city attorneys with in-depth information about the latest municipal law issues, along with opportunities to connect with colleagues from across the state. Previous topics included emerging issues related to revenue measures, police reform and qualified immunity, housing legislation, and more.
