This September, OIG’s Christina Ro-Connolly will serve as a faculty member for the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) “Advanced Seminar for Workplace Investigators.” The two-day program is a new masterclass designed specifically for experienced workplace investigators who have worked in the filed for at least five years.

Each workplace investigation has its own challenges, requiring investigators to make difficult decisions, both factually and procedurally. This dynamic and immersive program offers a combination of lecture and collaborative learning through interactive large and small group discussions. Attendees will learn from both the presenters and their peers as they work together to wrestle with the complex issues impacting the profession.

• Identify and understand the factors to consider in making the tough decisions during a workplace investigation
• Implement investigation strategies that ensure neutrality and impartiality
• Manage challenges that happen during a workplace investigation
