For 25+ years, Femily has advised leaders, teams, and mission-driven firms on inclusion, change communication, and reputation strategy. Femily helps people and organizations build trusted reputations that attract the right clients, hires, funders, and media.

Femily’s work spans internal strategy – such as inclusive leadership, change management, and crisis communications – as well as external visibility, including brand positioning, thought leadership, and marketing. She has supported organizations across technology, government, nonprofits, academia, and consulting, particularly on high-stakes projects and in deeply politicized environments. For her consulting work in tech she is known as “Silicon Valley’s Gender/Inclusion Advisor.”
