An unflappable advocate for fair process, Elizabeth Gramigna is one of the most experienced workplace investigators in the tristate area.

Experience

After decades of conducting investigations, Beth founded Tribu Partners LLC in 2018 to help clients address, manage, and prevent employment issues such as workplace misconduct, harassment, and discrimination. In 2026, Tribu Partners joined forces with OIG to form an investigations firm with bi-coastal presence.

For nearly three decades, Beth’s holistic approach to labor and employment law has resolved conflicts and brought civility, accountability, and respect to workplace cultures across industries. Having performed hundreds of investigations, she deeply understands the sensitive nature of investigations — which have involved board members, CEOs, college administrators, politicians, police, and more — and reliably provides confidential, impartial fact-finding and analysis.

In addition, through the implementation of specifically tailored programs, including mediation, coaching, skill-development, and team building, Beth has successfully facilitated the resolution of workplace conflict, with proven results, and helped clients cultivate greater respect and civility in the workplace.

Beth provides a complement of services designed to support and bolster a client’s ability to prevent and expertly manage misconduct that places an organization’s culture, productivity, and public image at risk. Areas of current focus include:

  • Offering dedicated educational and legal support to internal employee relations and investigative teams housed under Legal, HR, ER, and Compliance.
  • Providing compliance reviews to guide organizations in implementing a programmatic approach for ensuring workplace civility and preventing bias, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other misconduct.
  • Serving as an expert witness testifying about the adequacy of workplace investigations, preventive measures, and remedial efforts utilized by employers to address employee misconduct.

Outside the Office

Active in the community, Beth serves as a passionate volunteer for Durga Tree International, a nonprofit organization working to end human trafficking through education and empowerment. She has also represented children as Guardian Ad Litem in the New Jersey courts, and provided pro bono representation to parents in state-initiated termination of parental rights proceedings.
