Jacob was born in Sacramento. He received an MFA in Poetry from West Virginia University in 2019, joining OIG in October 2020. After living in Pittsburgh for three years, he returned to California in July 2023. He currently lives in Los Angeles.

Experience

In his time with OIG, Jacob has become familiar and adept with the writing required for not only more typical investigations, but also Title IX investigations, climate assessments, and others. In his role, he helps ensure that the firm’s reports are presented in a clear, thorough, and effective manner.

Outside the Office

In his free time, he enjoys writing poetry, seeing old movies in theaters, and buying too many books and records.
